Hi,
Ive been away from EVE for a few years and now im back i tried goign back to the lvl 5 missions ive done before only to find out that on this mission your constantly sensor dampened by 4-5 ships! How do you combat something like this as:
A - I cant get a lock
B - Id need 2 T2 sensor boosters to even remotley help which means i have no shield tank on my raven.

Any suggestions?

A level 5 mission is a bit too much for a Raven, you'll need some remote reps or try using a carrier. With the new ai carriers fighters are getting raped at moment so it might be better using chain logi'd sub caps.
