Help! - Auto zoom/ focus of camera when targeting - How do I turn off?

Hi Guys,

Ive searched high and low for an answer on this with no luck.

Every time I target something, asteroid, player, etc, my camera angle with zoom in and focus on that object.

I can figure out how to turn this off.

Ideas?
