Out of Pod Experience

Just picked it up on steam, it's a really fun game that I have never seen anything like before.

It is a top down shooter where you are asked my a mysterious voice giving cryptic orders to go and murder everyone in a building. Now mind you they are all don johnson white suit wearing 80's thugs. In this game their is no health bar and all enemies can kill you in one hit. Their are many games like this but in hotline miami the enemies can lock on to you nearly instantly. If your in a room and a enemy has a gun he will not miss, you need excellent reaction times to kill melee enemies as if you stand to close to them for to long they will smash you in the face with a pipe.

Their is a stealth aspect to this game also, nothing like metal gear, but enemies can hear gun noises and will start moving to your location if you use firearms, making their use dangerous. You can lure enemies to come around corners to quickly take out gun toting enemies from far away.

Difficulty wise this game is decently challenging, im only on the 8th level so I can't say how hard it really gets, you will die on every level often and when you do the entire stage is reset. However they are all fairly short and meant to be completed like small puzzles. Restarting has no load screen or game over sequence, just press R and you go again, reducing frustration.

As for violence their is a lot. Lot's of blood, thowing boiling water on people, knocking people to the ground and smashing their faces in, etc.
