False data in ramTypeRequirements?

I apologize if this has been asked before.
It was my understanding that ramTypeRequirements includes those BoM components that aren't affected by ME. However, there are many entries in this table that don't exist in the game.

Looking at the first one, typeID 683(Bantam blueprint),

select rtr.typeID, rtr.requiredTypeID, rtr.quantity
from ramTypeRequirements as rtr
where rtr.activityID = 1 and rtr.typeID = 683

This yields:
typeID requiredTypeID quantity
683 34 17294
683 35 6475
683 36 2160
683 37 404
683 3380 1

However, looking at the invTypeMaterials entry for 582(Bantam)

select * from RetributionDB.dbo.invTypeMaterials where typeID = 582

typeID materialTypeID quantity
582 34 2706
582 35 725
582 36 40
582 37 46
582 38 2
582 39 2

The latter is the number listed on various sites and I presume it's the number in the game. I have no clue what the former number is for, because clearly the Bantam blueprint doesn't take so much tritanium. If this were only affecting ships like the Bantam, then it would probably be more amusing than annoying. However, at first glance it seems that many if not all T1 ships are affected.

Annnnd nevermind. I actually logged in to check the blueprint and it appears the database is correct and it's the sites(chruker and eve-market-guide) that aren't taking the extra materials into account.
