It can be very frustrating when you get a idea in your head that you think its good.Do your maths and some research and then you hit a brick wall .But at the same time that what i like about EVE its a challenge .Spat my dummy out three times in three months but still coming back for more Smile

Again thanks for the help and advice think i can move on from this now)))

There are some fast track options to partake in....

Planetary Interaction offers some industry like activities that are easily accessible.
Buying already researched blueprint originals or blueprint copies is also a good idea... (you can even poke your head into the t2 market pretty quickly when doing this). Research your products to determine their profitability BEFORE buying any BPCs though...

Ouch. You're going to be reinventing a lot of wheels. Have you read the manufacturing page of the Evelopedia and its related materials?

You should be able to predict what your profit will be, including cost of acquiring and researching blueprints, cost of NPC assembly lines, etc: there should be no surprises as to whether an article was profitable to produce, except for unexpected fluctuations in the market.

Tip when reinventing wheels, they are round.

Seriously, ME and copy in high sec stations will always have huge queues.

You have 3 basic options:

1. Low sec station but that means shipping the BP in and out of lowsec.
2. Make your own POS.
3. JOIN A CORP.

Joining a corp that is new player friendly doesn't mean all is handed to you on a silver plate. It means that they will help when needed or when you ask.

I used to use option 1, before my corp got a POS. The waiting queues are much shorter in low sec than in high sec. And as an added bonus, my R&D agents (who give datacores needed for T2 Invention) were nearby.

So when an ME job finished, I'd load up a unresearched BPO or two, pick up the researched BP, install a research job on the one of the unrearched BPOs, and visit my R&D agents. The shortest waiting queues were at low sec stations accessible only by going through Amamake. Which is a notorious PVP and gate camp system. After losing a couple of ships, I learned to make the low sec trip in a stealth frigate. Smile

I'm not sure I want to know, but I have never heard the phrase "Spat my dummy out" before. What does it refer to?
