available killrights overview colour tag broken

Before today's patch my overview would show pilots with available killrights with a colourtag

Today it doesn't; seen pilots with the buy killrights icon showing in top right of selected items if I happened to click on them, but it doesn't show in overview. Other pilots reporting the same thing, anyone else seeing this (or rather, not seeing it...)?
