Same issue here. Ran repairer no success.

"errors occurred"

see log file which just tells me nothing of any use

guys this might work for yall, but I had steam running In the background and as soon as I closed it out of my task bar, I was able to log on eve

good im not alone. any idea how to fix the problem?

Repair tool doesnt work or didnt work for me (ran fine ddint fix the issue)

Same Issue,

- Repairer run trice now, no luck
- Cannot start directly via Exe, refers me to incompatible version, wants to update, breaks -> refers me to log

Most ANNOYING PART though:

Petitioning via Website does not work, anyone has same problems? I mean, seriously, at least Petitions SHOULD work.

yes i tried 6 times and it was always the oops message. my patitions went from 10lines explaining everything to hey... this... then this... not working... fix...

Fast Answer to Petition:

This particular issue can be resolved by following the steps below:

1. Delete the Launcher folder which can be found in your EVE Online client folder.
2. Download the launcher installer from the following URL:

http://cdn1.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/launcherInstaller/EVEOnlineLauncher_1_32_tq.exe

3. Once downloaded can you run the .exe file and direct the launcher to your client installation when prompted.
4. Once the launcher installation is complete can you start the launcher using the 'EVE Online Launcher' link which can be found in your clients folder. You should then be able to log into the client as normal. If you notice that your account settings have been cleared, then please try closing the client and also the launcher and then restarting the client. Hopefully they will be available.

Should the problem remain after the above steps have been followed then please update this petition and we will be happy to help.

Eve Folder, the Folder were your Launcher.exe.log was lying around as well.

*Edit* Seems it re-evaluates all Files, Launcher is at 35% 'validating' now .... */Edit*
