Remote Repair & CONCORD

I've looked around but can't find an answer to this.

If I am remote repairing a frieghter of my corpmate and someone tries to gank them at a gate (no war decs just outright frieghter gank) while the repair is running will I be attacked by CONCORD?

I've asked around in game and have gotten answers ranging from "Yes" to "No" to "Bacon on Saturday". Does anyone know for sure?

no if you are reping you will not get concorded

reping some one is not a concordable offence

If you are repping someone (not a freighter) and they attack someone (without a wardec) and get concorded, Iirc I think you get concorded then.
Otherwise like Da Reverend said you don't.

THIS IS NOT QUITE TRUE.

Repping is *usually* not a concordable offense. However, if your rep target is a global criminal, it *is* an offense. IIRC, though, if you are repping someone BEFORE a GCC, and they gain a GCC your reppers will turn off automatically to prevent an automatic CONCORDUKKEN. I do know for a fact that this was not always the case in the past, though. I think CCP fixed this with incursions to prevent mass CONCORDUKKENs when some pirate decides to join the energy spider and go flashy red.

However, to answer the OP's question, you are safe presuming that your freighter friend doesn't have a GCC.

since a freighter cannot shoot, you cannot be concorded.

however, if your repping a battleship, and they shoot someone and they get concorded, since your assissting them u get killed too.

Theoretically, you can get a GCC in another ship, dock, change ships and then undock in a freighter and THEN get your repping friend CONCORDUKKEN'd.
