Hello fellow Pilots.

I have been in deep cryostasis for about a Cycle and I understand the new changes to combat and the bounty system. I feel like there has been some changes to Skill points as far as (race specific) and now they seem to be a bit more generalized. If anyone could explain it would be greatly appreciated. Or Maybe I have been in stasis for too long and im just imagining things?
