Exporting Market Data Issues

I have been exporting market data for the forge region on all sorts of different things. I do however have an issue with the exported file. It is all garbled & thrown together with no organisation. Is there a way to fix this? "Automagically" is preferable. I do not have microsoft office, I do have OpenOffice however (if this information helps).

I mean, I am brand new to market trading also, so any additional help would be great.
