when i submit a petition my screen blacks out for 2-5 mins

every time i make a petition once i submit it eve has a small crash like ccp is trying to stop me make petitions for 2-5 mins
is this a new thing to put me off using this function?


anyone else with this problem

think is normal-ish, when I did it, the screen dint turn black but it indeed freeze for a bit.
I think that during the black out various stuffs are gathered behind the scenes and prepped for the bug report. Altho, to be on the safe side, clear all your caches and see if you can still reproduce the bug, your client may be in less than perfect condition.
