Hi there,

I'm really new to the world of interacting with the eve api and static data dump (currently following the excellent tutorial on the blog.evepanel.net website) and I was hoping if someone could tell me whether or not the database includes images or whether I have to try and use the image files provided in the eve toolkit?

I have imported the MySql converted table to my MySql folder in xampp (working locally at the moment) and that was done successfully -so am I going to need images from eve toolkit as well or are they on the database import already?

Any help/info greatly appreciated Smile

depends on the images you want to use.

Most of the time, I use the ones on the CDN.

Instructions are there.

But there are no images /in/ the database.

Woo! CSM XI!

Pretty much what Steve said.

I use the image server CCP provides for corp/character pictures and the dumped images on the Data Export page for types. (ships, items and whatnot)
