I recently jumped out of my clone that had implants and alot of skills were at 7 days XX hours...

when i jumped back in - those same skills are now 8 days or longer...

any reason why?

did ccp change the times it requires to learn skills?

No, but there was a glitch with how some attributes were applying that had to do with jump clones and session changes. That could be your issue. Look for the news post (I would but typing on a phone so....)

Edit: here you go.

The other issue that's always possible: are you sure you jumped back into the same clone with the same implants? Because that can actually be tricky.

Not personally (because I didn't jump clones), but there have been a few posts about this issue, yes.

I did. But just had to swap out a skill and then back again to fix it.

It took about 3.4 seconds. yeah I was a little slow.
