Market manipulation is a part of EVE .

All I'm getting from the link is a plan of how they intend to do this. I don't see any TOS or EULA violations in it.

I feel so dirty for what I'm about to say but:

Cipher you should go back to the missions sub forum where you can preach to the blind with no fear of a knowledgeable counter-response.

WoW has rules that prevent market manipulation and conglomerates and monopolies...

EvE has no such rule. adapt or die.
also goons didnt ruin eve economy, they just made mining certain ice more profitable, yet more risky.
