With the revamped t1 logi there has been more brawling fights. Those kind of fights that you never forget with adrenaline pumping action. Tell us your exciting stories because I would love to hear them. Please don't just post KB stats I want the story and back story leading to them.

I had my first ones!

Okay, so I actually know how to play in theory. I PvE'd before on another character..

So i'm bouncing around in lowsec in my little frigate, ratting and looking for people to shoot at. I see some rats and I shoot at them, and this Catalyst drops in next to me, so I bail out. Then I warp back in at 250km and the guy is still there, so I drop in close, orbit at 500 and hit all the buttons. All of them. It's a little frigate, I don't have all that many buttons. I had been worried about fighting a destroyer, but he's fitted with 125mm rails, so it was safer than crossing the street. I try to scramble his pod, but there's some technique to that that I just don't have, and it doesn't work.

Yay! I actually have a record now wait something just came on grid! An Ares appears at about 10km off of me. I don't even remember what an Ares is, I just know it's expensive and is probably going to make me go squish. SquI tap it on the overview and center, then hit the mouse off to the side and start targeting them, and hit all the buttons again, because i'd like to maybe at least scratch them before getting blown up.. Instead, the thing just disappears. 75mm rail IIs? I'm not quite sure what they were planning on doing, but i'm starting to realize that I can actually hurt things pretty good with this little Atron, and I can fit it up pretty nicely even with my totally noob skills.

I talk to the guy with the Catalyst, he's new too and was just being very trusting. So he reships to a Kestrel and comes to chase me around the system. He figures out really soon that with both of us bouncing between safes, we will never meet up. Then I realize that I have no bookmarks in an entire big part of the system, so i'm completely blind to anything there, and jump over to a belt so I can put one nearby.

I come out and there's an Algos sitting there, with five mining drones out, chewing on a piece of veldspar? In lowsec? That's wierd.. it has to be a trap! Traps are good! Burn over to it in a spiral, orbit at 500 when I get close, use all the buttons again.. It pulls its drones in and kicks out a bunch of mismatched scout drones, but just too little too late.. grab loot, warp to station, "sorry, got in a fight!"

Fly to the sun. He's at 70, so I warp out then back in on him, land about 20km away and start burning in on him. Of course, i'm fast, and he has missiles that don't hurt fast people, and I don't think he ever webbed me, so it was really easy. I get him half way into armor and he surrenders. yay!

By now, the system is lit up pretty bright. I would probably avoid it if I was navigating. So we fleet up and go to Egghelende.

Neither of us have ever been in this system, so we need safes and stuff, and I start making a couple, and I see "help!" in my chat. Warp to fleet member, arrive on the wreckage of his ship, and there's another interceptor at about 15km or so. I figure I have no chance to win this one but hey! more souls for the invasion raar!

I start burning at him at an angle. I close, but not all that fast and i'm already almost into structure. What do I do? Oh yeah, i'm supposed to overheat now so I can actually catch him! ...Well, that's not happening. It's going to be DAYS until I get that trained! Darn! I go boom, and then try to fumble around at warping out, but then realize i'm trying to warp to the belt that i'm already at, and go nowhere.

Kerboom! Oh hey, I left my clone *where*? Well, I guess i'm done for the night then! Oops! Gnight, everybody!
