EVE Client File Corruption

Every time I launch EVE I receive this Error Message I repair the client with the repair tools and it will launch.

If I then close the Client and launch it again I get the message again and have to repair again.

I have Cleared Cache Files
I have Cleared all Settings
I have Deleted all eve files and re-downloaded everything

Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64Bit
16GB Ram
Intel i7 2600 3.4
Corsair 64GB SSD
Nvidia EVGA 560
