Looking to purchase a fully fitted Navy Augoror

As the title says, I am looking to buy a fully fitted Amarr Cruiser, more specifically a Navy Augoror for its very good tanking capabilities and decent damage and speed.
I am quite terrible when it comes to fitting ships, so I thought id see if I could find someone who could do it for me and get payed.
I would like this ship to be a full out PvP tank fit if possible.
If you are unable to make such a ship, but have some other ships (must be amarr) that are PvP tanks, I might be interested in purchasing those instead.
If you are going to take me up on the Navy Augoror contract, you will also have to pay for the ship itself. Which is why the lowest maximum price I will pay Is 88 million, in order to pay for the ship. Any further prices will depend on the decency of the fittings.

All trading will be done through in game contracts.

If any of you here have any reasons as to why I should not use this specific ship, and have a better PvP Tank, (amarr cruiser) please do share, as I am a bit uncomfortable spending this much on a cruiser.

aug navy should only be used as bait. With 7 low slots and a 10% bonus to armor HP, it has a mean tank and is great for cyno bait. Don't use it for anything else, because frankly it sucks at anything else.
