starting a raffle for a Vindicator tickets cost 17m with a max of 100 tickets.people are allowed to buy as many tickets per raffle up to the maximum. send me your raffle ticket purchases or convo me for more info. using random.org to pick name of winner. ship will be in jita for winner. picking names at 9:30 us Pacific 5:40 eve time. come get your chance to own a Vindi for 17 million. After the first couple raffles i will be making deffiniate ships for each night and adjusting pricing accordingly.
