Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hello, today when I attempted to patch the game I lost internet connection. When I regained internet connection the normal eve online launcher would not run and I instead received this message:

Traceback (most recent call last):

TypeError: string indices must be integers, not str


there was quite a bit more to it but the forums wont let me link it, presumably because it thinks i'm linking a website.

I tried the repair tool with and without administraitor. I also tried to manually patch but because the launcher wont start it doesn't seem as though I can apply anything. Obviously i don't want to redownload the game if i can possibly help it. I appreciate any help you guys can give me.
