Does your off grid boosting benefit your capital SELF repair? Or only the remote repair and it does nothing to self repairer, any feedback of this as bug or intended?

Only the remote. Works as intended.

Ganglinks have never affected the stats on capital local modules - however as one of the armor links increases the resists on the ship it does mean your local tank will be higher - you won't get the cycle time and capacitor bonuses on local reps tho that remote reps get.

EDIT: Not actually checked if capital remote reps still get ganglink bonuses - it wasn't having affect in retribution 1.0 but supposedly its been "fixed" again since so they do.
