Q) Won't that lead to lots of lulz with people being tricked into getting CONCORDed by mistake like it did before?

Thanks CCP for the gifts. But one question:
If the firework will end in an response of CONCORD if I am not in war / they are not a suspect, and I do not have a limited engagement with them.. how do I fire this firework the normally way? What?

Do I have to wait till a suspect person crosses my way? Lol

The fireworks themselves will not make CONCORD angry in any way. If the person getting shot by snowballs shoots back with real ammo then THAT person is going to get a CONCORD response, assuming no war or limited engagement.

That make sense?

You, no. I tried to make them for both guys and girls but couldn't make it happen. They will however be able to be worn by female capsuleers.

This may be the only negative post in the thread, but I'm not happy with these festival launchers. A lot of us spend time collecting rare items, and some of us had stockpiles of snowball launchers which were worth large amounts of ISK. Now suddenly they're worthless, billions lost. I know reimbursement is impossible, but could you take more care in future to not destroy collections like this? The festival launcher could have been introduced as a new item, as they've been out of circulation for several years, and nobody would have LOST money at Christmas time. I am happy you kept the snowballs separate though, very happy. Will festival launchers be a unique item now, or are we at risk of having them appear next year?

It really are 300, 3 stacks of 100 to be exact.

So yeah FoxFour, the redeeming worked for me as well now, though that "client data corrupted" bug upon login (if not started as administrator) is still a pain... been appearing since Retribution and is still not fixable anyhow, although the game works fine if started as administrator.

Each "snowball" as far as the redeeming system is concerned is a stack of 100. Just the way the system works. :)
