stop deleting my advert when the boss doesnt disband the fleet

dont know how many times I've had my advert ruined by the fleet dropping to go afk

it gets really old to play "Make New Advert:Online" every time

if the boss is online, allow fleet adverts to remain up. regardless of member count. PERIOD.
