Sensor compensation skills bugged?

i have these skills to level 3 but in fitting screen nor the other applications like eft or pyfa even add the extra strength to the ships sensors, is it just a visual bug but its actually working or is it infact not working at all?

I've noticed an increase in my ship's sensor strength, though ships with very low sensor strength to begin with (like barges, which have 8 points) do not get that great of a bonus unlike, say, a Moa (which as 14 points)

i was just wondering cause my tengu has 34 strength but dosnt seem to have raised maybe im going blind or didnt notise it?

I havent tested it, but its possible it only shows when you are undocked.

im not really seeing any differance between being docked or undocked :/

FWIW, for me this seems to be working correctly. I can see both in the fitting screen and in the show info window the correct bonus from the skills. Currently I'm in a Claw which has a 8.0 LADAR base strength but with my level 4 skill it's 9.3.

Also last night on another character the Amarr Radar skill worked just fine.

Please note that the fitting screen rounds the sensor strenght number to closest full integer, 'Show Info' show all the decimals.
