Log off safely

I feel the log off safely option should prompt you to drop fleet, turn off cloak, break invuln and any other conditions that must be met in order to safely logoff. Its a bit frustrating to click log off safely and then read a popup as to why that option cannot be used at the moment, rather than being stepped through the process.
