Obviously this is a forum alt, created to be the front man.
With the advent of Retribution, the time is ripe for this service.
CCP has changed the rules of the game such that it is quite easy for Ninja Looters to be ganked in the missions they are operating in. If you have a ninja you want eliminated, please send me en eve mail with the relevant details, such as name, system, ship types known associates, and I will pass that information to a member of our extermination team.
No fees are required; this is an trial service for now, and may expand into a larger service in time.

I know I might be stating the obvious here...

But why not just sit in the main mission hubs? I am sure it won't be long to see somebody flashing as a suspect in local.
