Am I missing anything obvious? I don't want to be locked out of a ship later on because I missed a required Int/Mem skill. Thanks.

Graviton Physics 1 for bubble launcher, 4 for WDFG I, or 5 for WDFG II. Biology/Nanite Control/Neurotoxin Recovery for drugs. RR skills if you want to fly logistics. EWAR skills if you want to fly recons. That's what I see at a cursory glance.
