I think I will join the band wagon of annoyed people in relation to the renaming and devaluing of the Snowball Launcher.
I mean you could have just made the new Festival Launcher a Meta 1 of the same series right, with the original Snowball Launcher being the Meta 0? At least then you could have keep them Unique and also have support for the Further versions to also be unique.

As for the people winning about the possible lack of a Neural Remap, grow up and learn to plan based off what is Guaranteed not what you hope there to be.

I for one hope that there are some new collectables available.

I also hope that there is a BPO being Seeded for Generic SnowBalls so that they can be used all year round.

Just to clarify, I am not moaning about the lack of a neural remap. I am perfectly able, and happy to plan on my current number of remaps.

I was just making the point that if you are going to give something away, and make a big fuss about it (at least 2 Dev blogs so far) make it worthwhile.

Otherwise it’s just like the present you get from a distant aunt who used to be okay, but in recent years has started to show signs of mental instability, resulting in a distinct drop in popularity. Something like a weird pair of Christmas socks, or a strange looking ornament that goes straight into the back of the cupboard, never to be seen again.

Just saying.

I have to say, Collecting Profession is most likely the most risky and stress-inducing profession available.

Do we really have to worry about our collection getting devalued on every freaken new patches, expansions, and marketing promotions?

So much for this awesome sandbox experience.

Coming from someone who plays with internet spaceship, we are all on the same level when seen by any non-MMO folks.

Don't act like you are "socially superior" just because you "PVP."

Observing you honestly believing that you are socially cooler or because you got a better life because you have couple more 200lb-disgruntled war veterans with community college diplomas who PVP with you, is very amusing.

In a matter of minutes, I saw my collection of launchers worth 3 billion got devalued to pretty much nothing. I have every right to be angry about this. At least I don't go out and call others to "get a life" when I see you folks rioting over Jita over Aurum issue.

Sorry, but after the STO winter event with snowballs and ice races it's just nothing.

Would you just open the damn CQ door and let us celebrate on the jita station? Yeah, yeah, it's too much for eve online...

in 2007 i've thought it's a sci-fi simulator, not an "e-sports" game. I'm not a teenager, how would i like it much?

Haha I've been farming for those holiday items as well. Pretty extensive holiday event from STO.

By the way, WiS has been "shelved" by CCP for now, so do not hope further.

so uh, which of the actual development threads are devs still reading? cause it seems like the answer is zero.

Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.
