Research into usage of such wormholes has been ongoing pilot Ixiris.

To put it in a more straightforward manner, you're really not my type.

Should you wish to learn about the methodology used to create tube-children We would suggest that you contact a member of the Caldari state with a Deteis ancestry.
It is likely that these individuals would have more data regarding the creation of tube-children.

We would note however that the tube-child program is no longer supported by the Caldari State due to the inhospitable environment most of these individuals were raised in once the artificial gestation period was complete.
