Adding ships to Aura mission

I think it's during the Pilot Certification Aura missions, you fly to a ship depot, where you are encouraged to take a look at the other ships. Would it be possible to add the newer ships, such as the Retribution destroyers, to the shipyard out there?

Though this notion has nothing to do with gameplay, it is part of the aesthetic and would give rookie pilots a good look at more of their racial ships.
