Advanced destroyers & BC skills - any changes planned?

So we know the Destroyer skill is changing to racial destroyer soon (TM); and similarly with the BC skill.

Has anyone thought about what this means for advanced destroyers (interdictors) and advanced battlecruisers (command ships)?

Currently skill requirements for the Heretic (as an example) are Amarr Frigate V, Destroyers V and Interdictors I. I guess the expectation is that this will change to Amarr Frigate V, Amarr Destroyers V and Interdictors I; I'm just thinking surely it's logical for the Interdictors skill to become a racial skill too? In this case, Destroyers skill is not a prerequisite for training Interdictors.

However, skill requirements for training Command Ships are BC V, Warfare Link Specialist IV and Spaceship Command V; will we in future have four routes into this skill (i.e. any racial BC at V allows training of this skill), or is it more logical for the Command Ships skill to become a racial skill too?

And before anyone says "yes but that line of reasoning takes us towards all ship skills being racial", well isn't that the way we're heading?

Any thoughts?
