I'm extremely picky, but the following are deal breakers:
- Must be FEMALE.
- Must be named decently (ie: capital letters in the right places, some sort of real name would be preferred).

Preferred assets:
- No wasted SP in industry.
- Logistics (triage) and cap skills.
- Archon+carrier skills.
- Amarr BS skills a huge plus (ie: T2 guns) but not required.
