logi and inheriting changing flags

This must have been asked but I can't seem to find it...

Player A is repping player B in hisec, remote reppers on autorepeat. Player B shoots a pod just to watch it die... What happens to player A?

Clearly player B gets criminal flag. Does player A automatically get a suspect flag for aiding player B? Do his reppers turn off when B goes criminal? Does it depend on player A's safety setting?

yeah reppers go off
safety decides whether you can turn them back on.
Concord decides whether the podded's buddies get to rip into him or not.

ok i'm sorry but I need a little more clarification... with the safety on, is it possible to turn on reps back on at all?

including logi drones? do they de-engage and stay de-engaged? (F key does nothing, or shows an error message?)
