'Windows Command Process' and 'Console Window Host'

Every time I start a client, my task manager shows a new instance of 'CCP ExeFile' (ExeFile.exe *32), as well as one new 'Windows Command Process' (cmd.exe *32), and one 'Console Window Host' (conhost.exe ).

I am quite sure this didn't happen before Retribution.
I suspect this is what makes my clients crash all the time.

What's going on...?

I noticed this before Retribution. From what I can tell, the launcher runs ExeFile through a command prompt. The more clients I open, the more instances of cmd.exe appear.
