I have no problem with the scam. Anyone who has spent real cash for a game advantage (and trust me, 80Billion ISK is an advantage) deserves to be stolen blind.
On the other hand, ganking carebear miners in hi-sec I have a problem with. It just drives up prices for non-corp people and drives some carebears out of the game...and since 85% of all paying gameplayers are carebears it could mean the end of EVE.

If that is true then: 1)They must be rather rich. 2)What's the point of the gank if you lose the ganker, don't get any ice, and they keep mining?

After all, unlike miners an early cut off on an ice harvester gets ZERO ice.
