So is it a bug to be able to remove fuel from a POS during reinforced mode? Because testing this on an alt corp saw me to be able to remove fuel from a POS in reinforced mode, which makes me wonder if it is even legal...

So apparently it is an intended feature, I asked via petition. It won't stop the reinforcement early because towers do not use standard fuel like normal in reenforced mode, so if you took out all of the fuel it would simply remain online until reinforced mode ends then shuts off.
