1 year plan for a Indy

Hello everyone , i am about to start a fresh alt which i plan to train heavily into industry and manufacturing .
Atm he has everything in "trade" almost maxed out , apart that he is a clean canvass , so there is really no point showing his skills he has none .
I am aware that to be a good manufacturer some skills are mandatory , but i never really looked into it , i started making up a plan , but i found some problems , to be precise i need still to do loads and loads of research :| That could take days or maybe weeks . Meanwhile training cybernetics (for some good implants)
My next step is :

- Find/Create a good 1 year plan .

So i can remap him , injet the stuff in his head and get the most out of it for the next year .

So i need some help with the "must have" or core abilitties for a year , basically industry-manufacture-PI (here just max all ? )
I would really really apreciate some help with it .
Also had an idea of getting him into a hulk (to get some ISK while at it ) i understand that not all but some skills will are usefull for both mining and industry so to make it worthwhile not just keep him docked .

If someone who can be arsed can provide a plan , I would really apreciate it .
