[Proposal] Logging Out and In

Hey fellow spaceship pilots,

I have been pained with this problem since I picked up this game. If I want to log out and in of my account to switch characters it takes too much time and is very inefficient. The game client closes, and I wait 10 seconds for it to re-open and reload the title screen and all. Personally I think this is a waste of time and can be fixed easily.

To fix this issue I propose that once you log out you are immediately brought back to the title screen without the closing and re opening of the client.
