Pirate This mail was sent to my spy alt today:

Retribution is not our end but our beginning!

How long have we pirates been content to feed upon the scraps our masters toss on the floor from their over flowing plates. Set upon a table that is piled to the chandeliers with the riches foods in all the lands. Are these little morsels we devour so haplessly enough to even sustain us much less fatten? No, they laugh at use as we grovel to eat the spoiled and stall food they so graciously provide. Why is it that we cannot command a seat at this table much more sit at its head? They know what we know; Pirates won’t organize en masse, because pirates don’t like organization and structure. They have turned what was our greatest motivator in to the leash they hold in there hand. This is what has allowed the fat landlords to annex low-sec. Securing supply lines to markets and taking the wealthy moons for themselves. The have become diplomatic sissies. Talking rather than fighting because they have all they need and more. All we have done is to stand by and watch it happen.

The pirate profession has been driven in to the deepest holes of space. We have become a shell of our former glory. We have been besieged by continual changes that allow care-bears and fat empires to run amuck in the very lands that even the mightiest use to fear to roam. The days of demanding tribute to be in our space is gone. The days of pillaging supply lines are gone. We have to cow tail to mighty cap fleets if we even dare anymore to put a tower in reinforce. We have become soft and timid to the point of acceptance and even going as far as to striking deals with the very people we use to take pleasure in harassing. Worst of all we now fight among ourselves because there is no one else for us to fight without fear of retribution. And now with new mechanics on the doorstep we are left with little to do but wait for the final nails to be driven home. We can be sure that once that coffin is buried they will cast so many stones on top that it will never arise again. Brothers our funeral is being arranged as we speak.

So do we bid each other a final farewell and disperse amongst the stars to either become slaves to a sovereign or urchins in an empire? Do we fool ourselves into thinking we can weather a storm whose sole purpose in brewing is to destroy us? Are we to become bounty hunters and prey upon ourselves, being the hammer for our masters? Are we to be force to sit in a station afraid that the very people we preyed on are now our hunters? I say nay! I say we embrace this retribution and turn it into the instrument of their demise! Let this not be their retribution but ours! Let us finally join our forces and take back the very systems we founded. The lands cast aside by Alliances and Concord as unworthy. The lands we proved were the most strategic in Eve. Let us rise now under a single banner and regain what is rightfully ours. Let us cast aside the rules of our false kings and reestablish the golden rule of old: Might makes right! It is now time we come together as one or surly we will perish as individuals. We have the opportunity to forge our future! Let us show those scurvy dogs that we are not yet ready to retire to the depths. Let us turn their efforts to destroy us into the fuel that unites us! Join your brethren under a banner that will not confine you but will shield you. Let us be a beacon to those that have lost their way to return to the former profession. And let us find those yet to experience the joy of pirating and encourage them to join the brotherhood. Let us finally end our petty disputes and old transgressions and work together to build not an empire to be burdened with but a nation to be celebrated in! We are pirates and we make our own way! Never have we been offered help and never have we asked for it! We must now rise and shine as one or we will never penetrate the darkness that is upon us. I tell you all NOW IS THE TIME FOR ALL BAD MEN TO ACT!

This fleet we must now form will have neither flagship nor admiral. It will not tell a captain what course his ship must sail. It will serve only the purpose of unification. This will allow for information and the call for assistance to be signaled. It will also allow everyone to see the real strength of pirates across low-sec. Regardless if you have a crew of 10 or 100 you will enjoy the benefit of raping, pillaging, and plundering equally. There will be no taxing of pirates for we save the taxes and dues for our victims to pay. Our union will only abide by two codes: no infighting and show up when the Jolly Roger is hoisted. All else will be put to a vote amongst the captains of the fleet. For the first time in our storied history we have an opportunity to organize in a way that allows us to control our individual destiny and our collective survival. So if you’re a pirate and your sailing solo come join our fleet and we can help each other fight the rats that infest our harbors. If your already find yourselves in a fleet that doesn’t give you what we offer then leave them and come sail under our banner. We can only rule the seas together; it is long past the days of running alone. It is time to stand as one and crush our enemies’ together! For those that do not rise in arms with us today when the need is most urgent will not be counted amongst men in the future! We are “Greater Corsair Coalition” GCC and we will take back what was always ours!

If you as an individual or corporation are ready to stand together and rule low sec again please send me an eve-mail!

That is to neat and precise to have been written by a Pirate. Sounds more like a weekend warrior/RP'er that wrote that.

I dared to read a few scattered sentences and my God...it is full of metaphor. Has to be a joke.

This proves it is actually possible to over-teach a writing class.

Profession? Unification? These are not pirate words... also you're and your cannot be used interchangeably. Pirates know these basic grammatical rules Pirate

It's really hard to get pirates on the same page because they are pirates.

Pirates in Low-sec doing pirate stuff!? What an awesome idea! Maybe next we could have a massive industrial alliance's in high-sec or massive fleet warfare in null-sec! Would be glorious! [I left WH's out of that because they are like the "All of the above" type of thing]

Play EvE how you want to play it and do not let others dictate how you play. Evolve your playstyle to protect yourself from others! Even in "PVE", "PVP" is there, lurking in the shadows.

It can be done, but pirates make their own decisions at all times. They'll fight with you when there's something in it for them. Twisted

Lol, you wish they would organize. But they dont, same reason as highsec carebears dont organize, theres no reason to do so, No charismatic leader with vision to rally the troops together.

And for 0.0 empires lowsec pirates are not even nuicanse thanks to jumpfreighters and direct highsec-nullsec gates...

I wish lowsec pirates would organize, would be fun to see them try to have impact on eve galaxy in some level other then makeing sure none will bother with lowsec other then pirates that have no toher place to live between 0.0 empires and highsec.

We are Minmatar, Our ship are made of scraps, but look what our scraps can do...

This is wrong. The problem with pirates organizing isn't a lack of vision or charisma, it's that all pirates are charismatic and everyone has their own vision. Too many chiefs and not enough indians, you might say. There's nobody to recruit, because when someone becomes a pirate it's usually because they are fed up with orders or are totally on their own program. Pirates are great! They just don't tend to form large groups. There are a few bigger groups of pirates... but getting an alliance together? GL w/ that! Lol

Pointless email. Pirates don't have the attention span to read anything longer than a killmail.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.
