ExeFile.exe won't kill

Hello,

I've got two issues:
whenever I close EVE the ExeFile.exe from this game still keeps alive. Consuming much RAM (>1GB) and making my mouse lag.
I have to reboot then to fix that and start EVE again.

Second issue:
whenever I use the voice chat it works normal. Suddenly EVE always switches voice chat for a few secs on again after closing it (releasing the hotkey). Then, a few minutes later, EVE crashes completly.
Same issue as above, have to restart system.

Any workarounds there?

My system:
Intel Core i7-2670QM
16GB DDRIII Ram
Nvidia GTX 570M
Win7 HP x64

latest drivers installed.
