Last night I was sitting outside rens watching what was going on. Ppl louring others to become legal prey and then jumping out in a overkill ship to pick the poor guy off. I asked myself, what would happen if I fire on a suspect guy if he is in a fleet? Do I become legal prey to his fleet aswell?

Also, how can I access made public killrights?

I don't know all the answers, but I know what you should do. Fly a ship you don't care about and just run around shooting all those "elite" high sec PvPers until you get blown up. Then make another ship you don't care about and repeat the process. Then once you feel good about your PvP move to low sec.

Well here's my take on the way high-sec station games work now :

1) Undock in a ship people think they can beat but is tanked;
2) Take the can and get suspect flagged;
3) Dock ASAP;
4) Undock in something very tanky and take the hits;
5) Dock/undock doing the same until your suspect flag has run out;
6) Keep an eye on who has limited engagement rights on you;
7) Pick your target and extend his LE timer by letting him aggro;
8) Dock/repeat until you have got a manageable number of LE flagged targets left;
9) Undock in gankmobile and kill the targets with LE flags.

There's also various killright games developing - oh you can access killrights by selecting the pilot in space and then clicking the target icon in the bottom right of the "Selected Item" window.

Were I you I'd watch a bit longer as I think you've misunderstood what you saw Blink

High-sec station games are boring once you know the "rules" anyway.....

If you shoot a suspect you become a legal target for that suspect only. If you become a suspect you are a legal target for everyone in the game. Podkilling is allowed too.

For killrights: check your overview settings under colortags, check the "Character has activateable killright" or whatever. When you find a character with a killright you can activate click on them in space, in the selected item window you'll see a crosshair in the top right corner, click on it to activate the kill right. Without warning they will become suspect flagged and subsequently everyone in the game will be able to shoot at them.

I like to find some guy with a kill right, follow him around, move myself ahead of him and activate the killright with an alt as he lands on the gate that I am sat on the other side of. There's literally nothing they can do about it and they don't even get a warning or anything.

Gank pods and small ships with bounty in HS with arty fit dessies and AC fit Cruisers... full neuts and cap boosters and guns, ganked to hell and back... insure you ships and have fun. dont worry about losses atm, but watch your tackle and aggression tutorials on youtube. buy a plex for a month of ganking fun if you must. Njoy! :)
