Sensor lock down ability on new POS

I understand that CCP are working on a new modular POS which I really like, I have also herad that they are thinking of allowing you to put them anywhere within the system boundary, if that is the case I would suggest that the new POS have a signature radius that makes them unprobable if placed into stealth mode. Stealth mode turns off all labs, production but leaves docking, clone bay and fitting still working. The stealth mode should be set to character, corp or alliance, if anyone other than that turns up on grid in an uncloaked ship then it drops the stealth mode and goes into normal mode, i.e. weapons and defences hot and of course able to be probed.

The problem with Eve is that it is turning into Coalitions on line, smaller entities have no chance to compete, therefore make it so people who play smart can get a toe hold into 0.0 space. I would also suggest that it will create a lot more small gang combat and over time break up the need for larger entities.

When the going gets tough the Gankers get their CSM rep to change mechanics in their favour.
