No textures on Solar System Map

So, my Solar System Map currently looks like this:

Is that normal? I've seen videos of people scanning where they had snazzy textures and backgrounds, rather than just lines on a black background.

Is there a setting I tripped somehow that changed everything? I've tried reinstalling Eve online as well as clearing my cache and resetting my graphics/settings and nothing's worked.

Any ideas?
