Should you be able to dock after you get flagged as suspect?

if you are allowed to dock what is to stop people from just getting kill rights on their main with an alt or a corp mate then selling them for 1mil+ and having some one buy it and just docking, then wait out timer and undock again for some one else to buy timer...

as it stands now people can buy the kill rights and flag some one get into a limited engagement, who ever was flagged docks changes ships and comes out to kill whoever has a engagement timer on them

I just think if you are flagged a suspect you should not be able to dock. for the 15 mins you are flagged

just a thought

Exactly. This came up the other day also. Anyone who is dumb enough to buy kill rights without first getting intel on the target deserves to be scammed.

Yes you should.
Docking is already handled by other flags, and those effects being separated from the “bad guy” flags is a good thing.

So you basically want anyone with a suspect flag to be guaranteed a loss then, yes?

Are we also removing CONCORD with a change like this, or do you just want all your bases perfectly covered?

I wrote some true EVE stories! And no, they're not of the generic "my 0.0 alliance had lots of 0.0 fleets and took a lot of 0.0 space" sort. Check them out here:

remove concord they just get in the way, wouldn't bother me

I don't buy the kill rights, I m just laughing at the guys who do buy the kill rights and don't pay attention when the kill rights change to 100mil

and was trying to think of a way for being flagged to be more dangerous

Everyone in the universe being allowed to shoot you at will is pretty much the exact level of danger they were aiming for…

…so why is more needed?

I do think their should be a 30 sec timer if you choose to go suspect, stealing from cans and all.
Just so we can actually shoot you.

That or use the same thing in whs that prevents you from using the same hole thrice.
I like this one more as it is not as arbitrary while allowing tactics.

yea the 15 min timer not being able to dock may be a little harsh but again I still think you should not be able to be flagged then dock up right when you get flagged

Considering that I'm already well below -5.0 sec-status (and thus listed as "KOS" by the whole of New Eden), I become amused every time someone activates their killrights on me. Especially so when there is no one around to "exact justice." Lol

Scamming is the only thing this new system is good for anyway. The majority of players with kill rights on them are outlaws anyway.

First off..."suspect" does not mean "criminal". They are a suspect but no proof has been given. It's a game mechanic...I know...but thats how it is.

Secondly...I was sitting off Jita station for several hours last night watching people undock or warp in and get insta-locked and popped by the people camping the station. I doubt your concern is much to worry about.
