So this is the mail I got after a paultry 500k bounty I placed on someone raging in jita local about scammers.

The agent is the same as at the station he's in, IIRC Carthum Conglom.

I should have just waited for his mail it would have saved me 250k on the locator. Since he just gives me his location.
