Hangar division of POS structure no longer remembered by inventory

Previous behaviour: when opening a structure at a POS, such as a Mobile Laboratory, using Access Storage either from "selected item" or right click menu, it would open the hangar division that was last opened by that character for that structure, persisted across sessions.

New behaviour introduced in Retribution: the first hangar division is always opened.

As our corp's Research hangar division is not the first one, this means an extra click every time per lab when starting jobs or fetching items.
