BPC or BPO in POS

If I put a BPC or BPO in a POS to build ships in a null sec station can it be stolen by others that can access the same POS. Also, the finished ship, can that also be taken? I have a good corp but I always want to make sure :-)

Yes to both. Anyone with the ability to access the cargo in the pos module will be able to.
