2 Ideas for Skillqueue and Damage-Log Improvements

2 Ideas, that would probably be very easy to realize and improve Gameplay in general pretty much:

a) Skillqueue:
The Ability to queue Skills, where the prereqs are queued already, should be added.
e.g.: I currently train Amarr Frigate to IV and won't be able to queue Amarr Cruiser, until Amarr Frigate IV is finished. This basically renders the queue-functionality (in this case) useless, as it forces me to log in and start training Amarr Cruiser, once Frigate IV is finished or train some semi-important skill meanwhile.
So: remove the prereq-check on injecting skills; move the prereq-check in the skillqueue to the time when training starts rather than "on add to queue"; Add a warning ("Prerequisites not met") if skills are queued w/o the Prerequisites.

b) Damage/Combat-Log:
Rather than "fancier" combat-messages I would prefer to read better details, especially on the kind of damage dealt.
E.g.: "XY hits you for 200 EM damage"
Right now, you have a system of 4 different kinds of damage and no way of telling, which kind you receive (hence how to fit better) w/o relying on out of game websites, that can be "more or less correct". That's kind of odd, isn't it?
