dose disabling the safety allow you to jump to lowsec with out the pop up?

I haven't gotten to play and will not get to till the 24.

And I was wondering if you set the safety to green dose it stop you from jumping to lose or do we still get that pop up?

All automated intel should be removed from the game including Instant local/jumps/kills/cynos for all systems/regions.Eve should report nothing like this to the client/3rd party software.Intel should not be force fed to players. Player skill and iniative should be the sources of intel.

No.

Green just prevents you from doing something, that gives you a suspect and/or a criminal flag against other players.
Going into lowsec doeas not give you a flag.

So that dumb popup is still there then.

the popup is very intelligent from what I am told by his friends. :(

The popup you get when trying to enter lowsec can actually be disabled. Roll
