New T2 modules?

T2 modules are capsuleer-only modules. Factions don't use them, so fuggethabout T2 Faction modules.

Besides, faction modules are the factions attempt at T2 modules so its kind of redundant..

perhaps different versions of t2..rather than superior they offer different advantages over the others. revamp some mods that arent all that much better than meta t1 etc
