Can somebody help me remove the camera pivoting?

When selecting any celestial in space or a ship on grid the camera pivots towards it and locks onto it.

Any chance somebody could englighten me how to remove this "feature" as it's proving to be a really huge nuisance. I'd petition this to CCP but my previous ticket took around 2 weeks to get a responce.

Thank you so much I sifted through all of the options in the options. Never even came to my mind that it is a keybinding.

It drove me insane.
